Elliot Greenberger

I'm a coach, facilitator, and writer whose work is focused on helping people cultivate purpose in their work. My work is focused on helping people and organizations strengthen their sense of purpose and operate from it more deeply. As a result, they live with conviction, navigate uncertainty with ease, and leave nothing on the table.

I love coaching because it's a process, space, and partnership that unlocks so much trapped potential. My style is to be both curious and decisive, intuitive and grounded, exploratory and efficient. I welcome working with all types of people.

Before doing this work, I was a senior director in the mobility space, having worked within both pre- and post-IPO organizations. In those roles, I led teams of 100+ people in operations, marketing, and analytics. I have my MBA from Yale School of Management, and am ICF-certified as a coach through the Coactive Training Institute.
